Brimmer Heirloom Certified- Tomato Seed
82 days. 20 seeds. Renowned for its low-acid and abundance of sweet flavors, the Brimmer tomato was rightly awarded the Grand Prize in 1907. A Virginia heirloom (possibly originating from the Ponderosa strain around 1889), this plant produces an abundance of pink-purple fruits which are thick skinned and meaty which weigh about 1-2 pounds. The Brimmer tomato offers some resistance against fruit worm and is an ideal canning tomato.
