A Hungarian origin, extra-early, large wax sweet pepper, the determinate plants grow to only about 12-15” tall but produce a good early yield of fruits (2.5 to 3.5 inches) on the first harvest. The peppers turn from pale yellow, to orange and then red when mature. Dried fruits make excellent paprika powder. Its sweet taste makes it perfect for salads although it is excellent sauteed or stuffed.
